These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at magmasolutions.com.au (the “Website”), operated by Magma Solutions, a partnership trading as Magma Solutions of Epping, Victoria (“Magma”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, including submitting an enquiry or audit request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms relate only to your use of the Website. If you engage Magma for Google Ads management, SEO, website design, or hosting services, that engagement is governed separately by a signed Master Services Agreement and any accompanying Service Order, which take precedence over these Terms for anything relating to the services themselves.

2. Website Content

  • The Website, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the Magma brand, is owned by or licensed to Magma and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, or republish substantial parts of it without our written permission.
  • Package names, pricing, and inclusions shown on the Website are indicative and subject to change; the pricing and scope confirmed in a signed Service Order will always prevail over anything shown on the Website.
  • We aim to keep Website content accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Enquiry & Audit Request Forms

By submitting the audit request form or any other enquiry form on the Website, you consent to Magma contacting you about your enquiry and, where relevant, about our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a services agreement or any obligation on Magma to provide services — that only occurs once a Service Order or Master Services Agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems, or any account not belonging to you
  • Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes another person's rights
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Website without our consent
